1. 2. Reasonably select the rated power of the gas steam boiler and the number of boilers according to the amount of steam required for industrial production. The higher the degree of matching between these two situations and the actual use, the smaller the smoke loss and the more obvious the energy saving.

3. Recycle the heat of boiler waste water: use the heat in the continuous waste water through heat exchange to increase the feed water temperature of the itching water to achieve the purpose of energy saving of natural gas steam boiler.

The size of the furnace bladder matches the flame. Flow to ensure the heat exchange time of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace to achieve the best heat transfer effect; the use of a high-performance burner fully matched with the boiler for full automatic adjustment to enable full combustion, save fuel and reduce pollution; use high insulation The performance of ultra-fine glass wool, the heat loss is smaller; the use of intelligent energy-saving control system to control the boiler and steam supply system, combined with different loads to adjust the fuel supply, more energy-saving.

4. Reducing the flue gas temperature of gas steam boilers: reducing the flue gas temperature of the boiler and effectively using the waste heat generated in the flue gas. The efficiency of common boilers is 85-88%, and the flue gas temperature is 220-230 ℃. If an energy-saving device is installed to utilize exhaust heat, the exhaust temperature will drop to 140-150 ℃, and the boiler efficiency can be increased to 90-93%.
