1. 2. Reasonably select the rated power of the gas steam boiler and the number of boilers according to the amount of steam required for industrial production. The higher the degree of matching between these two situations and the actual use, the smaller the smoke loss and the more obvious the energy saving.
3. Recycle the heat of boiler waste water: use the heat in the continuous waste water through heat exchange to increase the feed water temperature of the itching water to achieve the purpose of energy saving of natural gas steam boiler.
   The gas steam boiler has a thermal efficiency of over 85%. A combination of corrugated and conical furnace bladders with good expansion performance is adopted. The size of the furnace bladder matches the flame. 4. Reducing the flue gas temperature of gas steam boilers: reducing the flue gas temperature of the boiler and effectively using the waste heat generated in the flue gas. The efficiency of common boilers is 85-88%, and the flue gas temperature is 220-230 ℃. If an energy-saving device is installed to utilize exhaust heat, the exhaust temperature will drop to 140-150 ℃, and the boiler efficiency can be increased to 90-93%.
