Dry dust removal system

Dry dedusting systems use dry dedusters and do not require water as a dedusting medium, accounting for more than 90% of all dedusting systems.
Common types:
       Gravity dust collector, inertial dust collector, cyclone dust collector, electric dust collector, bag dust collector
Features:
(1) Wide range of use, most dust removal objects can use dry dust collectors, especially for large centralized dust removal systems;
(2) The state of dust discharge is dry powder, which is conducive to centralized treatment and comprehensive utilization.
Disadvantages:
(1) The toxic and harmful components in the gas cannot be removed;
(2) Improper treatment can easily cause secondary dust.
pay attention:
When dealing with dust-containing gas or high-temperature gas with high relative humidity, anti-condensation measures should be taken, otherwise dust will stick and block the pipeline.
 
Wet dust removal system
The wet dust removal system uses a wet dust collector, using water as a purification medium.
Common types:
Self-excited dust collector, spray dust collector, venturi tube dust collector, wet electric dust collector
Features:
(1) The dust collector has a simple structure, low initial investment and high purification efficiency;
(2) While removing dust, the wet dust collector can also absorb other harmful components in the dust-containing gas and reduce the temperature of the gas;
(3) It can handle corrosive dusty gas with high relative humidity.
Disadvantages:
(1) The water consumption is large, and the discharged dusty sewage must be equipped with sewage treatment facilities for secondary treatment;
(2) The overall energy consumption is relatively high. For example, the resistance of the venturi dust collector (which must be the first to be used in the high-efficiency wet dust collector) is much higher than the dry dust of the same efficiency.
pay attention:
A flushing device needs to be installed on the pipeline and the dust collector to prevent dust from sticking and blocking the pipeline. If the dust-containing gas is corrosive, the dust collector and pipeline need to use corrosion-resistant materials, or paint the interior of the pipeline with waterproof paint.
