2. Overview
Condensation water is produced by steam in the process of heating and transportation, so it not only has good water quality but also contains a lot of heat. Sealed condensate recovery device is an important equipment of steam condensate recovery system. It is widely used in dyeing and finishing weaving, petrochemical, medicine, food, thermal, metallurgy, rubber, automobile and other industrial departments and steam boiler condensate recovery systems in restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls and other units. It plays an important role in reducing waste of resources and environmental protection.
3. System principle
   (1). The closed steam condensate recovery system is mainly composed of: boiler, indirect steam equipment, steam trap, recovery pipe network, water collection tank, high temperature condensate recovery device and electrical control system. Its working principle is that the saturated steam is sent from the boiler to the steam indirect heating equipment, and the latent heat of vaporization is released to form saturated water, which is quickly discharged by the steam pressure through the steam trap, lifted into the overhead pipe network, and concentrated into the water collection tank. The pressure of the water collecting tank can be calibrated by the pressure regulator according to the steam pressure of the equipment, the amount of condensed water and the resistance of the return water network. When the condensate in the water collection tank reaches a high water level, the high-temperature condensate recovery device automatically starts, and the return water is input into the boiler or sent to the deaeration tank or other heat-using places according to the enterprise's situation. When the water level in the water collection tank reaches the low water level, the recovery device automatically stops running. If during the pumping process of the recovery device, the boiler water level reaches the warning water level without the need for water replenishment, the recovery device will automatically send the water into the softened water tank.
(2) Condensate recovery device. The condensed water recovery device is composed of a high-temperature centrifugal pump, a self-operated pressure regulating valve, an injection pressure regulating valve, an exhaust device, and a booster device to achieve the purpose of preventing cavitation.
 
4. Design features of closed steam condensate recovery device:
          (1) The use of traps in the closed recovery system should be based on the purpose of discharging water in a timely manner without affecting the heat rate of the equipment to prevent water hammer and damage to the equipment. The steam trap not only can discharge condensate continuously and timely, but also keep the steam tight and leak-proof, which plays the role of "steam blocking drainage", thus saving energy.
             (2) Compared with the open recovery system, the design of the return water pipe network of the closed recovery system has the following characteristics: the diameter of the return water pipe is small, and the return water pipe network is overhead. A return pipe.
 
V. Economic benefit analysis The energy-saving effect of the closed steam condensate recovery device is mainly obtained from the following two aspects:
(1) Put an end to the steam leakage loss caused by steam equipment not installed with traps or with poor trap performance. (2) The recovered high-temperature condensate directly enters the boiler, increasing the boiler water temperature. The heat contained in the condensate water is usually about 15-20% of the steam heat. If the condensed water is sent directly back to the boiler, this part of the heat can be fully utilized, thereby saving fuel and achieving energy-saving purposes. In addition, the recycling of demineralized water saves water resources and also saves demineralized water treatment costs.

6. Necessity (value) of closed condensate recovery
