PPS dust filter bag is one of the main varieties of filter materials that our company selects polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber produced in the United States, Japan and other countries, and is manufactured and processed according to other production processes of filter mats. The performance of PPS needle punched filter media in the following applications_.
1. Sulfur-containing oxides in fuel or sulfur-containing oxides in flue gas have been proved to be fibers resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and chemical resistance.
2. When the flue gas contains moisture.
3. Working temperature 190 ℃, short-term working temperature 232 ℃, melting point 285 ℃, _oxygen index 34-35.
4. It can be applied in the case where the oxygen content is 15% or less.
5. Under the industrial and mining conditions of 190-232 ℃, the gas-to-cloth ratio is up to 5: 1 for online cleaning and the gas-to-cloth ratio is 6: 1 for offline cleaning. PPS filter bags have excellent performance records.
