Matters needing attention in flower design:
(1) The flower plate should bear the negative pressure of the system and also bear the weight of the filter bag, dust layer and skeleton. If the flower plate is deformed, it may affect the straightness of the filter bag and the sealing effect at the bag mouth. The lower part should be strengthened.
(2) The flower plate of the dust collector should be smooth and flat, and should not have defects such as bending and uneven unevenness, and its flatness deviation should not be greater than 2/1000 of the length of the flower plate. There is no burr and smooth around the hole of the flower plate, and the tolerance of the flower plate aperture of the filter bag fixed by the elastic expansion ring is ± 0.3 mm. The deviation of the installation position from the theoretical position of the flower plate aperture after processing should be less than 1.5 mm. The deviation of the flatness is not greater than 2/1000 of the length of the flower plate.
